Why is it racist whites and institutions never make an attempt to surprise us?

The State of Florida is up to their usual behavior. On late Wednesday in a filing with the U.S. District Court, a civil rights organizations are suing after the state’s voter registration portal failed starting on 5 October, 2020, preventing citizen from signing up to register. Nothing surprising there. Gov. Ron DeSantis and his top election officials believes if they allow people to register it would undermine the public’s faith in the November election.

The government behavior is simply a throwback to the days of poll taxes, violence and literacy tests. Come-on racists people be creative, give us something to think about.
