If there is a superman in modern sports Roger Federer has to be a candidate. In recent reports, his career is outlined and the numbers are unreal. In his first 30 major singls finals he won 20 hof them starting in 2003. To compare, Serena Williams Played 29 major singles finals winning 23 of them, her first was in 1999. Wait, this is about superman, not superwoman, by the way she will return to tennis after a short break to give birth to her first child. Her return is scheduled for the Federation Cup in February.

Top five Atributes of a good Quarterback

Russel Wilson

Scribe: N. Tru Bass

Email: ntb@thethinkering.com

As we approach the post season for one of the most popular sports in American, I wanted to visit the offensive captain’s position. We will take a look at the best quarterbacks in the game and what to look for in a good qback.

  1. Passing accuracy is what I would place at the top of the list, due to its ability to change a game in a hurry.

  2. Knowledge of common offensive sets as well as obscure ones that are on the very last pages of the play book.

  3. He who can find order amid chaos is a God, Staying cool in the pocket and under pressure is an invaluable trait in football and in life.

  4. A good QB, must know the opposing team.

  5. Know how to find high gear when the pressure is on.

Giants prepare for Season Finale

New York Giants

Scribe:  N. Tru Bass
Email:  ntb@thethinkering.com

The 2-13 New York Giants are preparing for their season finale against the Washington Redskins in a disappointing season.

B.J. Goodson, middle Linebacker who recently joint the I.R. along with Landon Collins who joined the list yesterday outlines the kind of season Big Blue has had for 2017 walking away with a .133 winning percentage.   Most Giants fans are hoping for a quarterback change in the coming season, its a toss up whether or not that will happen despite the 5 loss streak.

The storied team came off a promising 2016 season to flop in 2017.  Just two years ago, the team retooled the defense and warmed over the offensive line only to flop when Odell Beckham III broke a leg early in the season.

We are all geared up and ready for a playoff season.
