The Department of Housing and Urban Development is cutting back on programs in record numbers. Now we know where the monies are being spent. The US government has converted to run jibing a US corporation –top heavy.

According to new reports Secretary Ben Carson spent $31,561 on office furniture. On Pennsylvania Avenue the people are talking about cutting his agency’s spending and depriving deserving Americans from housing and living essentials. The purchase order included a table and chairs all purchased with tax payers funds.

But that's not all!

He is also facing questions for spoon feeding his son contracts even after department lawyers warned Carson that including Ben Carson Jr. a businessman who does business with the federal government could create a conflict of interests.

Intelligence inherited from Mother

Religious people say man was placed on earth to procreate. Men would like to believe that the brilliance of their heir status son came directly from their bloodline and that's partially true.

According to new research, its more important to chose a smart mother for your future noble prize winning son. Many men understood that an intelligent woman trumps an intelligent man and researchers conquer. Smart children should go home this afternoon and thank their mothers for transmitting intelligence genes. Technology points to “conditioned genes”. These genes have a biochemical tag that allows origin to be traced and reveals whether or not their are active withing the descendant cells.

What is more important than a middle aged woman keeping herself in good physical shape is her making sure she keeps her spouse or significant other in shape.

As men age, well, let us begin at 40-years-old. Many people nearing this age are trying to better their physique or are interested in regaining that youthful muscle. It is usually around 40 that the testosterone began to noticeably wane and bones begin their journey to becoming smaller and weaker. Or skin starts to lose some it its natural elasticity and will later sag.

Health issues like high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and stroke become talk around the water cooler as joint pains and back pains appear more often.

Remember this aphorism? “If one person is enslaved, then we are all enslaved.” Slavery as an institution, in the Old South, was allegedly CONCEIVED by landowners (land barons) and their perceived necessity of ‘free, cheap labor’, not unlike illegals and migrant workers of today. In the Old South, slaves were prohibited from learning how to read and write; not allowed to own property; families were systematically and intentionally divided—males sold without consideration for the fatherless children and unprotected women that remained behind or sold to other landowners; women were abused by the slave masters and used for breeding; slaves were commodities, traded and sold on the whim of the master. Masters controlled all necessities for survival: food, water, shelter, clothing, family units, medical attention and, of course, education.
