Specialist suggest deep breathing exercises might be everything when it comes to good health and relaxation.   Deep breaths remain one of the best ways to improve your overall health performance.   Problems associated with shallow breathing include increased infections, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune disease, high blood pressure, or hypertension, anxiety, indigestion and other mental health issues. 

Exercise advocate suggest good breathing will ease your physical tension and allow you to perform at an optimal level. 

One of the surest benefits is the lowering of blood pressure.  When you breathe well, your muscle will relax and let go of tension and your blood pressure will return to normalcy.  Next and not secondarily, Endorphins are released.  When endorphins are released pain receptors respond in a positive way.  It reduces the pain and improves feelings of wellbeing. 

Toxins in the body temple have been linked to causing infections, cancer and other illness.  Breathing properly helps your lymphatic system to function at full function.  Deep breathing will cleanse your body and allow it to engage more aggressively. 

Asian cultures have from hundreds of years have understood breathing is an important part of life and living.   Whether you believe in meditation or simply chilling and listening to the rain fall breathing is good for you.
