New Haven’s Hello Boutique has relocated to the Whitneyville neighborhood of Hamden. Greg Catalano and Kristen Herman, who live in town offers locally clothing and accessories from around the world in a single location.

Mayor Curt Balzano Leng said, “I am very pleased to see yet another small business choosing to call Hamden home. The Whitneyville community is a great area to set-up shop, and I am sure Hello Boutique will add quite a bit of flair to the neighborhood. Hamden is constantly attracting new, unique businesses to our communities and Hello Boutique is certainly one of a kind. I wish Kristen and Greg the very best as they settle into their new location!”

Catalano and Herman ran the Boutique for 40 years, in New haven impressing customers with a plethora of fashion variety. Hello Boutique's online presence will give you an electronic glimpse of their offerings.

The director of Economic Development and Neighborhood Revitalization, Dale Kroop said, “For some time residents have been asking for more upscale stores in Hamden. We are so pleased Hello Boutique has relocated here. It is a great addition to a great neighborhood.”

Jed Backus represented the building owner and was said to be instrumental in bring the unique boutique to Hamden. Jed, chimed in “With our offices right up the street at 1220 Whitney Ave, this deal is particularly satisfying as it brings another great business to the main shopping area of Whitneyville. Hello Boutique will be a great asset to this community.”
