The power of Times Up. More than 300 actresses and others formed an anti-sexual misconduct pact, with a legal defense fund designed to protect women in any industry including janitors, nurses and others. Organizers include, Hollywood heavyweights including, Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington and Eva Longoria.

In an open letter the group said, "We want all survivors of sexual harassment, everywhere, to be heard, to be believed, and to know that accountability is possible." Organizers are looking to drive gender equality in Hollywood and propose new laws and penalties for companies who allow harassment to persist.

The group intends to use their star power to bring awareness and solutions to a systemic problem. This on the heels of the Harvey Weinstein Me Too campaign.
