As we approach the post season for one of the most popular sports in American, I wanted to visit the offensive captain’s position. We will take a look at the best quarterbacks in the game and what to look for in a good qback.

  1. Passing accuracy is what I would place at the top of the list, due to its ability to change a game in a hurry.

  2. Knowledge of common offensive sets as well as obscure ones that are on the very last pages of the play book.

  3. He who can find order amid chaos is a God, Staying cool in the pocket and under pressure is an invaluable trait in football and in life.

  4. A good QB, must know the opposing team.

  5. Know how to find high gear when the pressure is on.

These are my top five attributes for quarterbacks at any level. The list below are the top 10 quarterbacks in the National Football league as of the penultimate week of the regular season winds down.
