This morning program spoke with four of the 21 Female Senators and all of them admits to having sexual harassment incidents at some point in their professional lives.

Harvey Weinstein has brought to the attention of the American public the wanton arrogance of men in the work place. According to the EEOC more than $52.3m dollars in damages were received from claims of sexual harassment in 2011.

According to a new poll 88% of American women have been harassed with 12% under the threat of being fired.

The following are the top 5 industries with the highest sexual Harassment incidents.


1. Business, Trade, Banking, and Finance
2. Sales and Marketing
3. Hospitality
4. Civil Service
5. Education, Lecturing, and Teaching


Sadly in 2016, the number of women harassed in the work place rose to 81%.
