Zab Judah could be facing the end of his career as yet another fight has been cancelled in the last six months.  The five time world champion was placed on immediate suspension by the Nevada State Athletic commission, reportedly, for providing the commission with false information.

CBS was poised to launch the ‘Knockout Night at the D’ series headlining Judah vs Josh Torres.  Zab Judah and promoter Roy Englebrecht were placed on a ten day suspension after a hiccup with paperwork believed to be something to do with court ordered child support, although it has not been confirmed.

Boxing officials are not talking about the incident due to pending litigation.

Judah, 38, has not had a fight since the 2013 loss against Paulie Malignaggi.  He later signed with Greg Cohen but never fought while the partnership lasted.   He was scheduled to fight on his home turf against Hevinson Herrera, but a melee jumped off during the weigh-in resulting in an injury that ended that contest.   And finally in Las Vegas, November 2015, but no one would fight the former champion.  Virgil Green was set to be the opponent in Iowa in February but the spat with Cohen ended that bid resulting in yet another failed attempt for Judah to compete.

He is currently, (42-9, 29 KOs) and getting long in the tooth, making suspect the possibility of him ever returning to the ring.
