Thanks to Donald J. Trump’s presidential announcement speech Univision has decided to end its relationship with Miss USA, which is part-owned by Trump.

The network has decided to not air Trumps Miss USA pageant next month due to comments made about Mexican immigrants in a recent campaign speech.  After insulting people of Mexican descent, he blamed the media for taking his statements out of context and attempted an about face.

In a written statement Univision said, “We will not be airing the Miss USA pageant on July 12 or working on any other projects tied to the Trump Organization.”

During the speech Trump promised for a great wall to be built to stop illegal immigration from Mexico to the United States, similar to the former Berlin Wall.  Trump continued during the speech, “They’re bringing drugs, they’re bringing crime, they’re rapists,” he said. “And some, I assume, are good people.”

Trump rebutted in a tweet, “Mexican gov doesn’t want me talking about terrible border situation & horrible trade deals.  Forcing Univision to get me to stop-no way!”

In support of Mexican immigrants Univision said, ‘At Univision we see first-hand the work ethic, love for family, strong religious values and the important role Mexican immigrants and Mexican-Americans have had and will continue to have in building the future of our country.’

During the presidential campaign announcement the real estate mogul said, “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best,” he continued. “They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us.

Surprisingly he is up in the polls with race objective voters- which are increasingly becoming the fringe.

The exodus didn’t end there, Puerto Rican actress-singer Roselyn Sanchez, Chilean Christian D la Fuente, both decide to walk.  They were scheduled to host the event on 12 July.  J Blavin a Colombian singer also decided to smartly pull out of the pageant owned Trump, over racist rhetoric.
