More than 300 people nationwide have been affected by the Foster Farms Super Salmonella outbreak.  The latest news is one Costco store in the San Francisco Bay Area has ordered a recall of the rotisserie chicken from Foster Farms.

The recall happened following a positive Salmonella test on a chicken roasted at the Costco warehouse in south San Francisco.  The USDA refused to shut down the Foster Farms plants despite the many people sickened by the company.

More than 40,000 pounds of rotisserie chickens and products have been pulled from Costco’s El Camino Store in San Francisco, Calif.
