Oprah Winfrey packed the Hobby Center on Friday to complete a life class featuring, Paster Joel Osteen of Lakewood Church and best-selling author, Reverend Rick Warren.

"My happiest days are days where I can do something that speaks to people," Oprah said while talking to reporters. She said during her long-running blockbuster talk show she liked the episodes in which she helped others the most.

"She has such a deep desire to help others be the best that they can," Osteen said. "She could be doing anything else in the world--retired, running around, hanging out."

Tickets were sold through a lottery process on Oprah.com

"Today's framework, for example, is about dreaming big and what you can do with your life and circumstances to make that the best life you can lead. From there, producers have selected a few audience members in advance who can speak to that point. Then we'll take questions and comments from people Skyping into the show or interacting on Twitter."

Hometown preacher Joel Osteen received a warm welcome as Winfrey introduced him as "one of the most influential teachers of our time." The two sat onstage behind a news-anchor desk, fielding questions on everything from weight-loss to career choices.

The Houston Life Class episode will air on the Oprah Winfrey Network on Sunday October 28 at 8 p.m.
